In the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic, your health is still important. Many doctors are offering services that are available without visiting their offices. Here is a list of some of the doctor’s offices in the River Region offering amended services for you.

You can call to schedule an “appointment time” between 1:00pm and 4:00pm for a provider to contact you. Please provide us your correct phone number when you schedule your visit. They will do the visit over the phone and determine whether you need to be seen or if you can be counseled over the phone. You do not have to come into the office if the visit is done over the phone. If it is determined that you need to come into the office, please have one parent sign in and then we will have you wait in your car until it is your turn to be seen. We will be billing your insurance as directed. You may speak to any of our front office staff regarding these services. Please call us at 334-270-8864.
Scheduled Appointments
Due to this COVID-19 outbreak, we have changed some of our scheduled visits. We will only be seeing well child visits in the morning from 8:00am to 11:30am. We will only allow ONE parent/guardian per patient. No siblings who are not being seen will be allowed. We are still taking New Patients, but NEWBORNS ONLY.

After carefully considering the ADA guidelines released yesterday, our office will be closed to routine visits and non-emergency appointments until April 6, 2020. However, we will be open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. to see any emergency that may arise. If your child experiences a dental emergency such as facial swelling, tooth pain, or a dental related accident, please call our office. If you call during a time when staff is not available to answer, our emergency number is listed on our voicemail and is (334) 504-0142.
If your child had an appointment during the time that we will be closed, our office staff will be reaching out to you in the next 24-48 hours to get all of those appointments rescheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience in your schedule that this causes.

If your child has a dental emergency, please call 334-284-1100 and follow prompts to reach our emergency staff. We will do everything possible to get your child out of discomfort. Dental emergencies during this time are considered to be pain/toothache, facial swelling, or a dental related fall or accident.
