Labor Day 5K & Lil’ Tri

Kick off Labor Day weekend with an active morning of fun at Montgomery Whitewater! The Labor Day 5K offers a scenic, professionally timed course through the park and is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, while the Lil’ Tri gives young athletes ages 6–12 a chance to paddle, bike, and run their way across the finish line. Participants can stick around afterward for the Breakfast of Champions and enjoy all the adventure Montgomery Whitewater has to offer. Registration is required, and race shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by August 24.
