Capri Theatre’s 85th Anniversary

The Capri Theatre, first built and opened as the Clover Theatre in 1941, is celebrating its 85th anniversary. Join folks from the community on the green behind the theatre for food trucks, music, activity tables, raffles, and more. Inside, the Capri Theatre will host tours of the theatre with former Capri Director Martin McCaffery, a documentary about the theatre, Clover/Capri, with film director Josh Carples, a special showing of the 1941 film, The Philadelphia Story, with film historian John Martello, and then a free member-exclusive showing of Clover/Capri with both Josh Carples and Martin McCaffery.
