We’ve all heard the phrase “you can’t pour from an empty cup.” So, escape to The Well on April 25, where you’ll find fellowship and experiences that will hopefully inspire and encourage you to feel a sense of renewal.

There will be a Christ-centered yoga and meditation session with Dominique Harmon, a certified Holy Yoga instructor, as well as spa treatments, light refreshments, and individual meditative prayer activities. Bring your yoga mat (and a friend!) and come to The Well to rest, recharge, and fill your cup.

Cost to register is $15 per person, with a yoga mat available for $10 and childcare available for $5. Deadline to register and receive a yoga mat is April 18. Final deadline is April 23.”
