Pike Road Summer Fest

The July 4 parade is open to the public, and there is no entry fee. This year, the theme is United We Stand. Parade registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. at Founders Station, located at 4902 Pike Road.
The beloved parade will begin at 9:30 a.m. The event attracts hundreds of people who watch colorful floats, horses, cars and other objects make up an inspiring and entertaining parade.
The Waters will again provide a scenic backdrop for Summer Fest, one of the town’s favorite gatherings of the year. Fireworks over the lake will begin after dark and are just part of the fun-filled agenda for the night. The band Shouting Stones start at 5 p.m. playing family-friendly, upbeat tunes all evening after gates open at 4:30 p.m
The $10 suggested donation per car for entry benefits the PRICE Foundation, which helps fund community projects in Pike Road. Blankets, lawn chairs, coolers are all welcomed, the town says.
