Join E.A.T. South at their downtown farm for a day of mind, body, and soul stimulating experiences. Healthy food and organic product options will be available. Activities promoting healthy physical exertion will be presented by experts. Thought invoking and positive images will be displayed by artists and gurus. Most importantly, we will provide exposure to realistic and obtainable healthy lifestyle options to grow sustainable food resources. Our ultimate goal is to encourage our youth to decrease their carbon footprint and offer resources to create a healthy overhaul.

Family Fun, 2-5pm:

• face painting, bouncing houses, on site paint classes, hands-on kids gardening, kid-friendly bands, healthy family friendly product samples and foods, recycling instructional workshops and reading materials, and empowerment speakers

Adult Wine Down, 5-7pm:

•accessible libations, sip and paint classes, healthy recipe options, health, and wellness information and samples, and live music and entertainment

*All proceeds from this event benefit the 501(c)3 Colo-A mentoring organization which works with kids in the Montgomery community.*
