Online Diabetes Prevention Community Meeting with LaTonya

“These classes can help people lose 5 to 7 percent body weight — that’s only 10 to 14 pounds for a person weighing 200 pounds — by eating healthier and being more physically active. This will improve health and cut the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and other chronic conditions. Class participants also get a personal coach to help them along for a full year!”
