The Spring 2019 Girls on the Run 5K will be held on Saturday, May 4th at 8:00 am. This will be a community event that raises funds for the Girls on the Run program. The 5K will start at Cloverdale Park and will wind through the beautiful and historic Cloverdale/Idlewild Community.

This family friendly event will be the most rewarding 5K you attend all spring. Join us this year as we host our biggest event ever!

We are looking for adult community running buddies to partner with our participants as they run, walk, hop or skip their way from start line to finish line.

The mission of Girls on the Run is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Their vision is that participation in Girls on the Run will be a developmental milestone for every girl in the River Region.
