Free Online Diabetes Prevention Classes with Erica

“Reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes with the Change Your Lifestyle. Change Your Life. (CYL2) program. A coach will teach about eating healthy foods and increasing physical activity. This is a FREE program designed to help people lose 5 to 7 percent body weight — that’s only 10 to 14 pounds for a person weighing 200 pounds — by eating healthier and being more physically active. This will improve health and cut the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and other chronic conditions.”
