Free Diabetes Prevention Community Meeting

Join The Wellness Coalition for a virtual community meeting to learn about a free lifestyle change program that can help people lose 5 to 7 percent body weight — that’s only 10 to 14 pounds for a person weighing 200 pounds — by eating healthier and being more physically active. Class participants also get a personal coach to improve their health and cut the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and other chronic conditions.
