Join us to get a leg up in weed control for the new year! David Russell of the Alabama Cooperative Extension System will lead the Jan. 10 seminar, to be held from 9 – 11 a.m. at Pike Road Founders Station (4902 Pike Rd).

This seminar will benefit those with pastureland, hunting land, and residential lawns. We’ll discuss topics including preparation for planting, preemptive weed-control measures, uses for roundup and other herbicides, and toxic plants that pose health risks for livestock.
