The 2019 Glassner Autumn Challenge presented by Max Credit Union will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019. The ride supports Montgomery Bike Club Cycling Safety Classes, Cycling Awareness Activities, and Bike Month.

This year’s ride will also benefit the mountain bike training trail of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the River Region.

Pick from your choice of seven routes: Historic Neighborhood Ramble (5 miles), Cruisin’ in the City (15 miles), Smell the Roses (33 miles), Fabulous Fifties (53 miles), Mad Metric Century (65 miles), Capital City 100 Century (101 miles), or the new Capital City 200K Double Metric Century (124 miles). We have completely redesigned the routes again for 2019 with a new starting venue leaving from Alabama State University’s new football stadium near downtown Montgomery and returning to Hope Hull, Pintlala, and Ramer in South Montgomery County..

The ride will begin and end at Alabama State University where a delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet will be served in the banquet hall from 5:00 to 9:30 a.m. Cost of the breakfast is included in your registration. When you return be ready for some old fashioned southern hospitality – tomato sandwiches, gourmet red beans & rice, ice cream, and more!
