Children are a joy! They teach us a tremendous amount about ourselves, bring countless smiles to our faces, and warm our hearts. Unfortunately, these precious little ones often depend on us to help them sleep. Thankfully, babies and toddlers can learn to sleep on their own, allowing their families to sleep through the night once again! I would love to work with your family, creating a personalized plan, to help you achieve the restorative sleep your home deserves.
All sleep packages are personalized to meet your needs. Each includes the following:
  • A questionnaire which provides details of your child’s current sleep habits and routines. This is completed prior to our consultation.
  • A consultation (60-90 minutes) via your preferred method. Options include face-to-face, in-home, Skype, Facetime, or by phone. We will address all concerns and questions and you will receive a detailed, step-by-step plan that will guide you through each day and night of the program. We will discuss night wakings, early morning wake-ups and how to transition into routines.
  • A very detailed, personalized plan that addresses your child’s current behaviors and how to effectively deal with them. Any questions that arise during our consultation will be addressed on your plan as well.
  • Four phone calls after the first night. You are not alone! The first call will follow the first night and the remaining three will follow as necessary.
  • Three text opportunities to use. One of these can be used up until midnight and as early as 5:00 am.
  • Unlimited email support! Should you have questions or concerns that do not require an immediate answer, you can certainly send them my way.
