Pound and Pour

Channel your inner rockstar with Pound, a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Class is taught by certified instructor Ashley Vipond of Simply Fit with Ashley.
After class, enjoy a well-earned pour or flight of Common Bond beer. With 12 beers on tap, we have something for everyone.
Please, bring your own yoga mat.
