Keep the summer boredom at bay with OAT 2sdays! Tuesdays throughout the summer, we are offering 2 for 1 childrens’ admission! Purchase one child’s admission to Old Alabama Town and another gets in FREE!* Bring your children to tour our living history museum and experience an authentic 1850s Alabama summer.  While you are here, participate in our scavenger hunt! The hunt will entertain all ages, and can be turned back in for a prize at the Museum Gift Shop!

*Only applies to self-guided tours of Old Alabama Town. Children must be accompanied by a guardian.

We offer self-guided tours Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The last ticket is sold at 3 p.m., though visitors are free to explore until 4 p.m.

Admission is $10 per person, $5 for children ages 5 to 18, and free for kids 4 and under. There is a 10% discount available for seniors, military and AAA members. Tickets can be purchased at the Loeb Reception Center at 301 Columbus St., next to Kiwanis Park in downtown Montgomery.

Upon purchasing admission at the Old Alabama Town Reception Center, guests will receive a property map to guide them on their walking tour of our Living and Working Blocks. Visitors are free to explore at their own pace and leave and return throughout the day. Interpreters are available on each block to answer questions.

Parking is free and plentiful across from the Loeb Reception Center, on the corner of Columbus St. and N. McDonough St. There is also limited free parking available along
