Hank Williams Birthday Crawl

You are invited to attend the Hank Williams birthday crawl on Saturday, Sept 14.

Beginning at Oakwood Cemetery Annex, the final Resting Place of Hank Williams, the Arnold Sheppard Family will start us off at 8:45 am with music. The wreath laying is 9:00 AM.

Throughout the day, entertainers will be at one of the downtown venues for approx. 1 hour and then we move on to the next venue with a new singer.

9:40 am a Trolley will pick up in front of the Hank Williams Museum and drop us off at the first venue. One hour later the trolley will pick us up and deliver us to the next venue and so on.
***Trolley is NOT provided to the cemetery and back that morning.

***Music will start at 9:45am at the first venue and the finale will be over by 8:30 pm. For a list of performers, venues and time schedule click here.

Each venue will offer a special and you must have an armband to purchase the special. It includes all festivities throughout the day and tour of the museum.
Souvenir Powder Blue Armbands are $10.00. You can get one at the museum. You will need the armband to receive any specials the venues may offer.

Shows will be continuous in the museum downstairs music/TV room throughout the day.

The show at the Exchange will include the Clog Wild Cloggers and local Dixieland Cloggers. Yee-Haw!

Band Members: J Max McKee Band with Ken Scoggins & Dan Kilgore. Lovesick Blues Band-Andy Norman, Jeremy Drawbaugh, Roger Schoolfield, Tommy Beavers, Brad Magness & Woodie Hill. The Joey Allcorn Band with Larry Jones, Jarrad Glover, Kimberly Wolfe & Ross Lee Shellard.

The 2020 Hank Williams Collector Calendar #18 is available on Sept 14 for $10 each.
